Retail purchases: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit only (no cash or card refunds). Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt. Excluded: Sale items, accessories, intimates, pierced jewelry, altered pieces, and pre-ordered gowns.
Rental security deposit: A $150 security deposit is collected and refunded upon return in acceptable condition. Late returns are charged at $20 per day.
Rental cancellation: More than 14 days before collection: Full refund, less a $50 admin fee. Within 14 days of collection: Non-refundable.
Pre-order deposit terms: A $150 deposit is payable at order. Because gowns are ordered custom to your size, this deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, the full amount is converted into store credit valid for six months.
Styling appointments: Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with more than 24 hours' notice (deposit transfers once). Cancellations inside 24 hours or missed appointments forfeit the deposit.
