Gown Rental and Purchase
A beautiful dress for the night that needs it.
A gown you'll wear once shouldn't cost what a gown you'll wear often does. Our evening and occasion collection is available to rent — so you can arrive in something exceptional, and hand it back the next morning. And when you find the one you'll want again, it's yours to own.
"The best-dressed woman in the room is rarely thinking about it."
How It Works
Visit us: Come in and try. Our stylists will help you find the silhouette that suits you and the occasion — and pull alternatives you might not have considered.
Reserve your dates: Once you've chosen, we'll hold the gown for your event. We recommend visiting us 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for peak wedding season.
Collect: Pick up the day before your event, pressed and ready to wear.
Return: Back to us by the day after your event. Leave the cleaning to us.
What's Included
A 3-day rental period
Professional cleaning after wear
A garment bag for transport
Styling advice on shoes, bag, and accessories to complete the look
Rental Rates
Rental rates vary by gown and are confirmed during your fitting. A $150 security deposit is collected and refunded upon return in acceptable condition. Late returns are charged at $20 per day.
Prefer to Keep It? (Pre-Orders)
Some gowns you'll want again. If you'd rather own the dress than return it, we'll order it in your size.
Try the piece in store first, so you know exactly how it sits before you commit.
Pre-orders typically arrive in 7–10 days.
Your gown comes new, in your size — not the fitting-room sample.
A deposit of $150 is taken at the time of order.
Because each gown is ordered specially for you, the deposit isn't refundable — but it isn't lost either. If you change your mind, we'll hold it as store credit towards anything else in the shop. For a fixed date, we'd suggest ordering at least three weeks ahead.
Alterations & Care
Alterations: Most gowns benefit from a small adjustment — a hem, a strap, a nip at the waist. We're happy to arrange it. Alterations are charged separately and quoted at your fitting, so you'll know the cost before anything is pinned.
Care and Damages: Gowns are delicate, and we'd rather be upfront than awkward later.
Normal wear is expected and covered — we don't charge for that.
Minor damage (small marks, a loose seam, a broken strap): repair cost deducted from your deposit.
Major damage (tears, burns, staining that cannot be removed) or non-return: full retail value charged.
Please don't attempt cleaning or repairs yourself — it usually makes things worse and more expensive.
