What are your styling appointments and what do they include?

Styling sessions run up to 90 minutes in store with a dedicated stylist. We examine what genuinely suits your shape, coloring, and lifestyle. The session includes a brief intake questionnaire, a private fitting room, 3–5 curated outfits with accessories, silhouette advice, and personal notes for future visits with no pressure to purchase.

Is a deposit required for styling appointments?

Yes. A $50 deposit confirms your 90-minute private slot. It is deducted from any purchase made on the day. If nothing suits you, it is held as store credit valid for six months.

What is the cancellation policy for styling appointments?

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with more than 24 hours' notice (deposit transfers once). Cancellations inside 24 hours or missed appointments forfeit the deposit.

Do I need an appointment to try on gowns?

Not at all. You are welcome to walk in and browse at your own pace. An appointment is only needed if you'd like dedicated, one-on-one styling guidance.

How does the rental process work and what is included?

Rentals run for 3 days: pick up the day before your event, wear it, and return it the day after. Every rental includes professional dry cleaning, a protective garment bag, and personalized accessory advice.

What are the rental rates and security deposit?

Rental rates vary by gown and are confirmed during your fitting. A $150 security deposit is collected and refunded upon return in acceptable condition. Late returns are charged at $20 per day.

Can rental gowns be altered?

Yes. Most small adjustments (such as a hem, strap, or waist nip) can be arranged. Alterations are quoted separately at your fitting before pinning.

What happens in the event of damage or stains?

Normal wear is covered. Minor repairs (small marks, loose seams, broken straps) are deducted from your security deposit. Major damage or non-returns are charged at full retail value. Please do not attempt repairs or cleaning yourself.

What is the rental cancellation policy?

More than 14 days before collection: full refund, less a $50 admin fee. Within 14 days of collection: non-refundable.

Can I buy a gown instead of renting?

Yes. If you prefer to own the gown, you can try the sample piece in store to confirm your fit, and we will place a pre-order for a brand-new gown in your size.

How long do pre-orders take to arrive?

Pre-orders typically arrive in 7–10 days. For fixed dates requiring alterations, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks ahead.

What are the pre-order deposit terms?

A $150 deposit is payable at order. Because gowns are ordered custom to your size, this deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, the full amount is converted into store credit valid for six months.

Do you cater to bridal parties and group fittings?

Yes. We organize coordinated group fittings and assist in curating a cohesive palette that flatters different silhouettes. Group members are welcome to mix rentals and purchases within the same party.

Do you offer a discount for bridal parties?

Yes, groups of 4 or more receive 10% off.

When should bridal parties book?

We advise booking 6–8 weeks in advance to allow comfortable time for fittings, pre-orders, and alterations.

What is your return policy for retail purchases?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit only (no cash or card refunds).

What conditions apply to returns, and which items are final sale?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt. Excluded: sale items, accessories, intimates, pierced jewelry, altered pieces, and pre-ordered gowns.

Securing Your Appointment & Deposit Policy

We set aside a stylist and a private 90 minutes just for you, so we ask for a $50 deposit to confirm your booking.

It isn't a fee — it comes straight off whatever you buy on the day.
If nothing catches your eye this time, we'll hold it as a credit towards your next visit, valid for six months. Either way, the $50 stays yours.
Changed your plans? Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll move your appointment once — your deposit moves with it.
Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a missed appointment, mean the deposit is forfeited.
